The survey is divided into three parts:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/airportscouncil.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/2025-ACI-NA-Concessions-Benchmarking-Survey-Part-1.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Part 1: General Information<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/airportscouncil.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/2025-ACI-NA-Concessions-Benchmarking-Survey-Part-2.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Part 2: Food &amp; Beverage<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/airportscouncil.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/2025-ACI-NA-Concessions-Benchmarking-Survey-Part-3.pdf\">Part 3: Duty-Free, News &amp; Gift, Specialty Retail, and Airport Lounges<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Each part has a separate online survey link (available below). To streamline your submission, we recommend downloading and reviewing the survey PDFs before completing the online form.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Survey Instructions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Save &amp; Continue<\/strong>: Use the &#8220;Save and Continue&#8221; feature to return to your survey progress via a unique link emailed to you.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Data Format<\/strong>: Follow specific instructions for each question.
