ACI-NA branded surveys include the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/airportscouncil.org\/intelligence\/industry-benchmarking-studies\/concessions-benchmarking-survey\/\">Concessions Benchmarking (Yearly)<\/a> &#8211;\u00a0<\/strong>This Survey is designed by the ACI-NA Concessions Benchmarking Working Group to collect important airport concession data. The goal is to build a comprehensive database of key industry measures that member airports can use for comparing and contrasting with their peers.<\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/airportscouncil.org\/intelligence\/industry-benchmarking-studies\/financial-benchmarking-survey\/\">Financial Benchmarking (Yearly)<\/a> &#8211;\u00a0<\/strong>Since 2005, the ACI-NA Benchmarking Survey has attracted airports across all sizes from both US and Canada. This survey is ACI-NA\u2019s largest annual data gathering effort and is deemed essential by most member airports. The goal is to assist ACI-NA and its members to measure operational and financial performance across all airports.<\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/airportscouncil.org\/intelligence\/airport-infrastructure-needs-study\/\">Airport Infrastructure Needs (Bi-yearly)<\/a> &#8211;\u00a0<\/strong>The Airport Infrastructure Needs Survey, formerly known as the\u00a0<strong>Capital Needs Study<\/strong>, estimates capital development costs for the airports that comprise the national airport system of the United States, as defined by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).\u00a0 The information from the survey lays the foundation for ACI-NA\u2019s continued work on the \u201cAirports for the Future\u201d campaign to ensure airports have adequate resources to enhance capacity and meet the needs of their communities. The survey data is critical in ensuring that federal policymakers understand the complete development needs \u201cpicture\u201d as part of their consideration of Airport Improvement Program (AIP).<\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/airportscouncil.org\/intelligence\/industry-benchmarking-studies\/guest-experience-management-survey\/\">Guest Experience Management Survey (Bi-yearly)<\/a> &#8211;<\/strong>\u00a0ACI-NA conducts the <strong>Guest Experience Management Survey<\/strong>, formerly the <strong>Airport Passenger Services Survey<\/strong> in order to observe what services and amenities our members offer the millions of diverse passengers passing through their facilities each year. This helps ACI-NA compose an updated, accurate list of both amenities and services provided at each airport.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>ACI-NA Survey Disclaimer and Conditions<\/h3>\n<p>The information contained in these publications has been compiled based on information submitted to ACI-NA.
